1. Voluntary 14-day return policy
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary right of return of a total of 14 days from the delivery date.

In case of signs of use, missing labels or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable reduction in value from the refund amount (§ 357 para. 7 BGB).

5. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return:

You will receive a confirmation via email.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method used (Stripe).

Processing takes place within 5–10 working days.

Depending on the payment provider, the final credit may take a little longer.
Reimbursement of shipping costs
Since shipping within Germany is currently free, there are no shipping costs that need to be refunded.
Under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the standard outbound shipping costs should any shipping costs be incurred in the future.
The following are not refundable:

7. Refusal of acceptance
Please do not refuse delivery without first contacting our customer service.
If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, additional costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
No refund is possible for loss due to refusal of delivery.
8. Loss during transport
If the tracking information indicates delivery, but you have not received the package:

After delivery confirmation, the responsibility lies with the shipping service provider.
9. Address change & cancellation

Address changes are no longer possible after shipment.
